ID-TEN-T: Duh?

My last two blogs have been "just for the fun of it". I LIKE FUN! So, why quit while I'm on a roll?

I like this story. People tend to like that with which they are familiar. I like this story. I fully understand the feeling. That happens so seldom. How about you, do you also "fully understand" the feeling?

I was having trouble with my computer. So I called Richard, the 11-year-old from next door, whose bedroom looks like Mission Control. I asked for help.

Richard came in, clicked a couple buttons, problem solved! As he was walking away, I called after him, "So, what was wrong?"

Richard replied, "It was an 'ID Ten T' error."

I didn't want to appear stupid, but nonetheless inquired, "An ID ten T error, whats that in case I need to fix it again."

Richard grinned! "haven't you ever heard of an 'ID ten T error before?"

"No" I replied.

"Write it down", he replied, "I think you'll figure it out."

So, I wote it down: I D 1 0 T.

You know, I used to like that little turd!

Well, thats as good as it's going to get. I know just how the lady felt, I've been there, done that.

I know full well, I'm more intelligent that some of those who solve my computer problems. I even understand basic electronics, I did graduate from a Class A Radio School when I was in the Navy.

I guess that was then and this is now.

Uh, I still love you, Richard!

God Bless!
