My son, Mark, pictured right, is the pastor of Church Requel, above, in Mansfield, Ohio.  It is a second, and favorite, career for him.  He prepared for a life in finance with a Master's Degree in Financial Planning and is now working on a second Master's Degree in Religious Philosophy.  He loves being the good Sheppard and it shows.

His Grandma PIerce prayed for years that Mark would become a minister.  Although long after her vail of tears were behind her, her many prayers were answered.

I wasn't at all surprized.

One of his most successful services, I suspect, is the Men and Boy's Breakfast once a month.  What happy, expectant faces at this breakfast!  That could all change in the very near future .  He has invited me to cook for their next meeting.  We'll see!

It will be my 81st birthday, they will have to be nice to me.

You're welcome, Son. Julie will do the blue berry french toast and syrup for me. I'll be down Friday afternoon to prepare. Looking forward to it, I need the experience.
