THE NATIONAL DEBT:  A Most Important Consideration

POLITICAL POLITICAL POLITICAL  POLITICAL  POLITICAL  POLITICAL

          YOUR PERSONAL GPS
You might reach your life's destination better if you remember
WE DON'T HAVE A TRILLION DOLLAR DEBT BECAUSE WE HAVEN'T TAXED ENOUGH; WE HAVE A TRILLION DOLLAR DEBT BECAUSE WE SPEND TOO MUCH - Ronald Reagan

WE MUST NOT LET OUR LEADERS LOAD US UP WITH NATIONAL DEBT - Jefferson

The greatest threat facing America today is the disastrous fiscal policies of our own government, marked by shameless deficient spending and Federal Reserve currency devaluation.

It is this one-two punch--Congress spending more than it can tax or borrow, and the feds printing money to make the difference--that threatens to impoverish us by further destroying the value of our nation - Dr. Ron
Paul

TOO MANY PEOPLE SPEND MONEY THEY HAVEN'T EARNED, TO BUY THINGS THEY DON'T WANT, TO IMPRESS PEOPLE THEY DON't LIKE - Will Smith

REAGAN EXPLAINING TAX REDUCTION
THE RIGHT MAN CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN OUR NATIONAL DEBT  J. C. Watts said "Consider in Washington, around the country today, we are talking about balanced budgets, paying down the national debt, getting the economy going, defending ourselves.

Newt Gingrich did all those things when he was Speaker.  We got tax relief.  We balanced the budgets.  We got, you know, job creation.  We paid down the national debt."

A BILLION HERE, A BILLION THERE, SOONER OR LATER IT ADDS UP TO REAL MONEY - Everertt Dirksen

BUSH 43 AT 9/11 SITE
IDLE PROMISES JUST WON'T HACK IT!
George W. Bush at a radio address in February 24, 2001 said "My plan reduces the national debt, and fast!  So fast, in fact, the economists worry that we're going to run out of debt to retire".

Granted, after he made that statement he was faced with an unexpected 9/11 and two wars.  Although he is a "piker" compared to Obama, he still ran up the national debt by $10 Trillion.

THE NATIONAL DEBT HAS BEEN GROWING AT A FASTER PACE THAN THE GDP AND SOME EXPERTS SAY THE DEBT BURDEN COULD PUSH THE COUNTRY TOWARD INSOLVENCY

PRESIDENT RUTHERFORD B HAYES
Rutherford B. Hayes was the 19th U. S. President.  When asked to run for President, he said he would serve for only one term.  He refused to run for a second term.  How refreshing that is, huh?  He was my great grandfather's Commander in the American Civil War.  He said, "Let every man, every corporation, and especially let every village, town and city, every county and state, get out of debt and keep out of debt.  It is the debtor that is ruined by hard times".

HE WHO WILL NOT ECONOMIZE WILL HAVE TO AGONIZE - Confucius

THE 2016 GOP PRESIDENTIAL HOPEFULS WON'T FIT ON ONE PAGE

JUDGE THEM NOT BY THE SIZE OF THEIR PROMISES BUT BY THEIR  ACCOMPLISHMENTS

PRAY GOD THAT AMERICA ELECTS THE RIGHT PERSON

GOD BLESS AMERICA
